All series in Nineteen80 includes practice sessions built around the concept of meditation. Every skill requires repetitive practice for mastery. It's mundane, it's tedious, but it's designed to give you mind-muscle memory so that you can recall that task over and over without much thought. When you first start out, you'll spend considerable mental effort to applying the practice. Over time, it should require little to no thinking and you'll operate from just muscle memory.
Unfortunately for professional skills, we tend to not practice them in an intentional way.
